Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon tumeric
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon juice optional for serving

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425°F.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together yogurt and spices.
  • Place the cauliflower in a baking dish with an edge.
  • Spoon the yogurt and spice mixture all over the head of cauliflower and spread until the entire surface is covered.
  • Bake about 30 minutes, or until the cauliflower surface begins to turn a golden brown.
