Ingredients

  • 8 Eggs
  • 1 cup Creamy Natural Peanut Butter (with no added sugar)
  • 1 Tablespoon Monk Fruit Sweetener
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1 Tablespoon Sour Cream

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and mix until smooth.
  • Pour in waffle maker and cook until fluffy (about 3 minutes).
