Keto Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Rice Krispie Treats
Crisp and chewy, these Keto Peanut Butter Rice Krispie Treats are almost better than the real thing!
Servings: 12 Squares
- 1 box High Key Frosted Protein Cereal
- 2 Tablespoons Butter unsalted
- 5 Tablespoons Sugar-free honey
- ⅔ Cup Natural Peanut butter
- ½ Cup Lily’s Semi-Sweet baking chips
Add cereal to a large mixing bowl.
Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
Once melted, stir in the peanut butter and sugar-free honey. Once smooth, remove from heat.
Allow mixture cool enough to handle, then pour into mixing bowl with cereal. Stir until well combined.
Allow to cool so mixture is not hot enough to melt chocolate, then stir in about 2/3 of the chocolate chips.
Press the mixture into the bottom of a well-greased 9x9 baking dish. Use a piece of parchment paper to press the mixture down to keep it from sticking to your hands.
Add the remaining chocolate chips to the top.
Chill for at least two hours before slicing and serving.
