Ingredients

  • 1 lb frozen shrimp pre-cooked, thawed, tails removed
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil for cooking

For the shrimp sauce

  • 2 teaspoons Cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger
  • 2 Tablespoons Lemon zest
  • 1/2 cup stevia powder
  • 1/4 cup Chili garlic sauce
  • 6 Tablespoons Lemon juice freshly squeezed

Instructions

  • In a frying pan, heat the cooking oil. Add the pre-cooked shrimp and sauté for about 2 minutes.

  • Add the sauce and cook on medium-low until the sauce begins to thicken.

  • Remove from heat and serve over cauliflower rice. Garnish with green onion.
