Ingredients

  • 1 Bag Frozen spinach thawed and squeezed dry
  • 1/2 Onion chopped
  • 1/3 cup Almond milk
  • 1/2 cup Sour cream
  • 2 teaspoons Minced garlic
  • 6 ounces Cream cheese softened
  • 1 Can Artichoke hearts drained and chopped
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, stir together the almond milk, sour cream, minced garlic, mayonnaise, mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, and salt and pepper to taste.
  • Place the drained spinach and artichokes in bottom of slow cooker.

  • Pour the milk and cheese mixture on top of the spinach and artichokes and stir to combine.
  • Chop the cream cheese into smaller cubes and place in crockpot.
  • Cover and cook on high for 2 hours, stirring halfway through.
