- 1 Bag Frozen spinach thawed and squeezed dry
- 1/2 Onion chopped
- 1/3 cup Almond milk
- 1/2 cup Sour cream
- 2 teaspoons Minced garlic
- 6 ounces Cream cheese softened
- 1 Can Artichoke hearts drained and chopped
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 cup Mozzarella cheese shredded
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
In a large bowl, stir together the almond milk, sour cream, minced garlic, mayonnaise, mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, and salt and pepper to taste.
Place the drained spinach and artichokes in bottom of slow cooker.
Pour the milk and cheese mixture on top of the spinach and artichokes and stir to combine.
Chop the cream cheese into smaller cubes and place in crockpot.
Cover and cook on high for 2 hours, stirring halfway through.
