  • 1 Large Mixing Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups Almond flour
  • 3 Tablespoons Swerve confectioners sugar substitute
  • 2 teaspoons Baking powder
  • 4 oz Diced green chilis
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese shredded
  • 3 Large eggs
  • 4 Tablespoons Butter melted
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease baking pan.
  • Add the almond flour, baking powder, sugar substitute, eggs, salt to taste, green chilis, cheese, and butter to a large bowl and mix until well combined.

  • Spread batter into prepared pan.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, until golden brown on edges and cooked through in the middle.
  • Allow to cool, then slice and enjoy.
