Small Mixing Bowl
- 5 Boneless pork chops
- 1 TB Olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon Paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon Chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 TB Brown sugar substitute Swerve, monkfruit, etc.
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees.
Add the pork chops to a large bowl, and drizzle with olive oil.
Sprinkle on the paprika, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, Swerve, and salt and pepper to taste. Toss to coat well.
Place the pork chops onto a pan or rack for the air fryer, and cook for 10 minutes or until cooked through. Flip the pork chops halfway through the cooking time.
