Ingredients

  • 5 Boneless pork chops
  • 1 TB Olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon Chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 TB Brown sugar substitute Swerve, monkfruit, etc.
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees.
  • Add the pork chops to a large bowl, and drizzle with olive oil.
  • Sprinkle on the paprika, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, Swerve, and salt and pepper to taste. Toss to coat well.
  • Place the pork chops onto a pan or rack for the air fryer, and cook for 10 minutes or until cooked through. Flip the pork chops halfway through the cooking time.
