Prep Tips
- Sweetener - You can use your favorite low carb brown sugar substitute, as long as it is designed for baking. See our breakdown of different low carb sweeteners here.
- Storage - Keep your homemade keto graham crackers in an airtighter container at room temperature for up to a week. If they start to soften, you can crisp them up in a toaster oven, or in a conventional oven. If using a conventional oven, place them on a baking sheet and into the oven and press the preheat button. When the oven comes to temperature, they should be nice and crispy again.
- Freezing - These homemade graham crackers freeze well and can be kept in a freezer storage bag for up to 3 months.
