Keto Graham Crackers

These keto-friendly graham crackers are crisp, just like the real thing, but without all the carbs! If you want to enjoy the fun of homemade smores or snack on something like a keto-friendly dip, this recipe is perfect!

With their crispy texture and classic flavor, you won’t believe they’re low-carb! Enjoy these crispy grahams on their own, dipped in chocolate, or as a base for your favorite s’mores creations with sugar free chocolate bars. You can even use them to make layered desserts that call for graham crackers!

These graham crackers are the perfect guilt-free indulgence for any keto diet! And while yes, you can find low carb graham crackers in the grocery store, I love the idea of making my own because you know exactly what goes into them!

But the best part about this low carb graham cracker recipe is that it is EASY! Just mix the dough, roll, cut, and bake!

Instructions

To Prep: Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  1. Mix almond flour with butter and sugar. Add egg and remaining ingredients and knead until a cohesive dough forms.
  2. Roll out to about 1/4 inch thickness.
  3. Cut out the graham cracker dough into rectangles. Use a fork to make dots to look like traditional graham crackers.
  4. Place on prepared pan and bake for about 15 minutes.

Prep Tips

  • Sweetener – You can use your favorite low carb brown sugar substitute, as long as it is designed for baking. See our breakdown of different low carb sweeteners here.
  • Storage – Keep your homemade keto graham crackers in an airtighter container at room temperature for up to a week. If they start to soften, you can crisp them up in a toaster oven, or in a conventional oven. If using a conventional oven, place them on a baking sheet and into the oven and press the preheat button. When the oven comes to temperature, they should be nice and crispy again.
  • Freezing – These homemade graham crackers freeze well and can be kept in a freezer storage bag for up to 3 months.
