Salad Ingredients
- 1 lb Chicken Cooked and chopped
- 14 oz coleslaw mix 1 typical bag
- 1 cup Red cabbage shredded or chopped
- 1/4 cup Green onions chopped
Dressing Ingredients
- 3 Tablespoons Soy sauce or coocnut aminos
- 2 teaspoon Sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon Minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon Ginger paste
- 1 Tablespoon Rice vinegar
- 1 Tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Brown sugar substitute
Add coleslaw mix, shredded cabbage and green onions to a large bowl and stir to mix.
Add chopped chicken to bowl and toss to combine.
Whisk together the soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, ginger paste, rice vinegar, olive oil, and brown sugar substitute in a small bowl.
Pour dressing into salad bowl and stir until coated.
