Ingredients

Salad Ingredients

  • 1 lb Chicken Cooked and chopped
  • 14 oz coleslaw mix 1 typical bag
  • 1 cup Red cabbage shredded or chopped
  • 1/4 cup Green onions chopped

Dressing Ingredients

  • 3 Tablespoons Soy sauce or coocnut aminos
  • 2 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon Minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger paste
  • 1 Tablespoon Rice vinegar
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Brown sugar substitute

Instructions

  • Add coleslaw mix, shredded cabbage and green onions to a large bowl and stir to mix.
  • Add chopped chicken to bowl and toss to combine.
  • Whisk together the soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, ginger paste, rice vinegar, olive oil, and brown sugar substitute in a small bowl.

  • Pour dressing into salad bowl and stir until coated.
