Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Peanut butter protein powder
  • 2 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 cup Almond flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon Xanthan gum
  • 2 Tablespoons Sour cream
  • 4 Tablespoons Butter melted
  • 2 Tablespoons Water

For the glaze:

  • 4 Tablespoons Natural peanut butter
  • 3 Tablespoons Heavy whipping cream
  • 2 Tablespoons Butter softened
  • 2 Tablespoons Powdered sugar subsitute

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Mix together the donut hole ingredients until well combined. Divide into 16 equal portions, roll into balls, and place on your prepared baking pan.
  • Bake for 10 minutes, then remove from oven and cool to room temperature.
  • Place the butter and peanut butter for the glaze into a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in 20 second intervals, stirring between, until completely melted and and smooth. Whisk in the cream and sweetener.
