Keto Air Fry Pork Chops
If you’re looking for the best pork chops to make on a low carb diet, then you’re going to love this recipe! It’s a simple, healthy protein for those busy weeknights when you’re a little short on time but you want a home cooked meal.
Pork chops are a classic comfort food and have always been a staple in our house. I love this recipe because it takes way less time than a conventional oven. Plus you get so much flavor and a little bit of crisp on the outside of the chops, without adding any flour or panko breadcrumbs. You won’t believe it!
These air fryer pork chops are crisp on the outside, yet tender and juicy on the inside. The seasoning blends with the natural juices of the pork during cooking to create a flavorful crust that’s guaranteed to be a dinner time smash! Who needs bread crumbs anyway?!

Kitchen Tools Used
Instructions
To Prep: Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F and pat dry the pork chops with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
- Whisk together the paprika, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, Swerve, salt and pepper in a small bowl.
- Add the pork chops to a large bowl, and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with the seasoning mixture and toss to coat each side of the pork chops.
- Place the pork chops onto a pan or rack for the air fryer. They can be touching, but not overlapping.
- Air fry for 10 minutes. Flip the pork chops over at the halfway point (after 5 minutes).
Prep Tips
- Depending on the size of your air fryer basket, you may or may not be able to cook all of the pork chops in one batch. Our pan fits 4 large pork chops. You want to make sure that they are not overlapping, so they cook evenly.
- Feel free to use your favorite low carb seasoning blend to try different flavors. Our Copycat KFC Seasoning Mix is amazing and easy to make!
- Add a little extra crunch to your coating by sprinkling grated parmesan cheese on both sides of the pork chops before cooking.
- I like to garnish my pork chops with chopped green onions, cilantro or coriander for a little herby kick.
- I recommend using thick-cut pork chops for this recipe, so the middle stays tender and juicy. However, you want them to be less than 1-inch thick so they do cook through. The internal temperature of your chops should be in the range of 145-160°F when read with a meat thermometer.
- Store leftover pork chops in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3-4 days. Leftovers taste great when chopped up and mixed into a batch of cauliflower fried rice!
Frequently Asked Questions
Can You Use Bone-In Pork Chops?
Sure! We used boneless pork chops because they are easier to cut and serve and it’s simply a matter of preference. However, I know some prefer bone-in for that extra flavor!
If using bone-in pork chops, you may want to do 12 minutes cooking time because the meat around the bone can take a little bit longer to cook.
What Can I Serve With Pork Chops?
The wonderful thing about these pork chops is that they pair well with just about any side dish! Here are some of our favorite accompaniments:
- Keto Wedge Salad — A traditional steakhouse salad that stands up to a big piece of meat
- Cauliflower Mashed “Potatoes” — The classic meat and potatoes combo still works on keto!
- Crispy Air Fryer Brussels Sprouts — Another way to use the air fryer and you’ve never tasted Brussels sprouts this yummy!
