We’ve put together a handy guide full of delicious low carb food swaps, so you can enjoy the foods you love AND stay on track!
What Can I Replace Carbs with on Keto?
As you’ll notice in many of our keto swaps, we’ve taken out the high-carb items (buns, bread, rice, etc) and switched to keto-friendly alternatives. That way you still get the same satisfying look and texture, without all the sugar and carbs!
- Try switching taco shells with cheese taco shells (you’ll see this in our keto taco recipe)
- Swap high carb hamburger buns with lettuce wraps or a salad (like our Keto Big Mac in a Bowl!)
- Instead of regular rice, try making cauliflower rice (like in our Keto Dirty Rice recipe)
